Challenge
The company needed a defensible scientific and commercial foundation, access to core intellectual property, and an operating platform capable of moving from concept toward translational readiness.

Michael's Role
Founder & Chief Scientist. Michael negotiated foundational licenses, defined the platform and development strategy, and built the scientific operation from concept through proof of concept.

De novo peptide engineering, synthetic biology, platform strategy, translational science, intellectual-property licensing, and CMC development.
Outcome
Brahma was positioned for and reached a strategic acquisition outcome in May 2023.
