Define the consequential decision before creating activity for its own sake.

Integrate Science and Business

Evaluate scientific choices alongside company strategy, capital requirements, partnerships, timelines, and organizational design.

Create Clarity

Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and decision points so complex work becomes actionable.

Stay Close to Execution

Translate strategy into ownership, sequencing, milestones, operating plans, and decisions.

Maintain Intellectual Honesty

Use direct communication, evidence-based reasoning, and a willingness to challenge assumptions.

Build Capability

Strengthen the organization's ability to make better decisions and execute effectively.

Representative Engagements

The practice is grounded in operating experience across company formation, synthetic biology, AI-native diagnostics, translational medicine, first-in-human development, organizational design, commercialization, and acquisition.
